Half of new homes are acquired as investments

Some 50 percent of buyers of homes in new residential complexes are domestic and foreign investors who are making portfolio acquisitions. The profit margin obtained by such strategic investors is some 20 percent, from the moment of the off-plan acquisition to the finalization of the project.
