I have just written a post about how to send a delicious email and, in the same time, we daily struggle with the problem of managing all received emails and answer them in good time.

I receive more than 50 emails daily, but since last year when I started using the Inbox Zero method, none of my emails remains unanswered. Spend an hour of your time now watching this video and you will save many hours later doing something more interesting than managing your Inbox.

I have a principle, to respond to every received email. But I always take into account its importance in achieving my dreams and goals. Depending on this criteria, I answer them in a time space of between one day and two weeks. If your message is very important for me, I will answer your email very fast. If it’s not so important, I will answer it in maximum two weeks. This principle helps me to stay focused on my goals and also to help other people with an answer.

Our time is the most important asset we have, so I decided to check my Inbox only 2-3 times a day and only when I decide to do that. I have also quit pushing emails on my mobile phone.

And keep in mind when responding to an email to make it delicious as well.
