    How to be more efficient keeping emails delicious, short and to the subject?

    We are experiencing email communication daily and this service is already one of the most important tools used today.

    There are a few principles that have already built up a common sense in this matter. So when you send an email keep these ideas in mind:

    - Be sure about your reason/topic/problem to send an email and put as much as possible this reason/topic in your subject line.

    - Keep your email very short, only two or three paragraphs. If it’s longer you better call the recipient and set-up an offline conversation, or an online one on Skype, video is always better.

    - Think win-win, and always tell the other what are his benefits from this conversation.

    - Address only one issue per email. If you want to discuss more problems, send more different emails.

    - Write every email like it’s a public conversation. There is nothing that can be hidden.


    Remember that more than 90% of a conversation is non verbal communication, so emailing should be only a tool to use for sending information.
